In December 2020 a new structure will take effect at Dressler Group: the previously separate subsidiaries Godding + Dressler GmbH and Micro Powder System GmbH will be merged into the existing Godding + Dressler GmbH, still under the umbrella of Dressler Group

Micro Powder System GmbH will be merged with Godding + Dressler GmbH. The merger will be completed in December 2020 and will apply retroactively from 1 January 2020.

Godding + Dressler GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dressler Group.

Nothing will change in terms of the daily business of our customers and with us and the services we offer. All contact persons will also remain the same.

Having a leaner structure at Dressler Group will allow us to work faster and more efficiently. Above all, the merger will enable us to offer even more precisely tailored services and to make our vision – "Always the right powder for you" – even more tangible in practice.

For decades, we at Dressler Group have established ourselves as a holistic, innovative partner across the entire value chain. Today we are striving to significantly reinforce this strong position – not least due to the challenges presented by the Covid-19 crisis.
