Compliance
Our firm commitment
We assume our social responsibility. This is reflected in our mission statement and our values – and applies both internally and externally. Let us give you a brief overview of these guiding principles.
Quality is not the only thing that counts
You have our word on that
There are many sides to responsibility. We hold them all to be self-evident. Here we outline the values, principles and convictions we are committed to and how we uphold them.
-
Ethical principles
-
We behave ethically and act with integrity towards our suppliers and business partners. This includes voluntary commitments such as: integrity in business dealings, fairness in competition, compliance with national and international trade regulations, safeguarding confidentiality, compliance with data protection, protection of intellectual property rights and avoiding conflicts of interest.
-
Treatment of employees and other people
-
We have adopted a mission statement that reflects our corporate culture. We also conduct regular employee surveys and encourage our staff to elect representatives. In this way, we ensure that values such as: “Everyone gives their all to achieve our common goals” and “We deal openly and honestly with the needs of our colleagues” are genuinely put into practice.
-
Health and safety protection
-
Environmental protection
-
For us, greater efficiency automatically means greater environmental protection and resource conservation: we reduce our water and electricity requirements by continuously improving our systems. Our fleet of industrial trucks runs on electricity, and we cover part of our energy demand by generating our own green electricity. We also operate our own mechanical wastewater treatment plant. Just as importantly, we minimise waste and dust generation from the earliest stages of production.
