Marc Denker is Dressler Group’s new CEO from 1 April 2025
In his role as CEO, sales expert Marc Denker will be responsible for implementing Dressler Group’s Strategy 2025 with a strong focus on the market and customers. Denker has around 30 years of experience in the chemical, plastics and pharmaceutical industries throughout Europe, including many years in leadership roles. He succeeds Dr Jürgen Flesch, who set up DG for sustainable success in research and development when the company was rebranded and has since moved to SARPI VEOLIA. Dr Flesch laid the foundations for DG to turn its vision of “Always the right powder for you” into reality, even when markets are tough.

Implementing Strategy 2025

Outlook for medical technology, pharma/personal care
“The market for medical technology and pharmaceutical applications, especially personal care, is growing all the time. That means the market potential for Dressler Group is growing, too. DG has a long tradition of working in these markets, brings extensive expertise and the relevant certifications, including 3D printing/AM experience,” says Marc Denker, the new CEO and an expert in these markets. He adds: “One special feature of DG is that we offer cleanroom conditions under the GMP light label for applications where cleanliness and process standards are particularly important but formal compliance with GMP conditions is not required. This gives our customers a significant cost advantage.” And in combination with the Smart Performance Next Generation model, DG can tailor its services to the individual needs of its customers more precisely, efficiently and economically than ever before.
