One Company
Individual businesses become one company: Summer 2024 sees the completion of Dressler Group’s reorganisation
Until now, several individual operating companies have offered their own specialised production processes and services under the Dressler Group brand. As of 1 July, they are operating under the new umbrella company Dressler Group GmbH (DG). This formally completes the reorganisation of the group of companies – and offers even greater efficiency for both DG and its customers.
Listen-Care-Evolve
“All over the world, market and regulatory requirements are growing ever more complex. So it’s all the more important that we make things as simple as possible for our customers. That’s why we’re celebrating the reorganisation with a requirements-based campaign,” says new CEO Dr Jürgen Flesch. The Listen-Care-Evolve approach puts the customer centre stage. In practice, while one customer may just need pure grinding services, DG can develop other customers’ individual solutions as required, for example in terms of processes or materials. Everyone gets exactly what they need, tailor-made and fully scalable.
DG Campus
The Campus, now being launched (www.dressler-group.com), has a similar emphasis on customer orientation. “This digital showcase is part of the new website and is based on three pillars: Knowledge, Dialogue and Service. Under Knowledge, we use best practice examples to show what problems we have already solved and what innovations we have enabled through our customised powder design,” says Dr Holger Leonards, Head of Innovation & Application Technology. Under Dialogue, we ask our community about trends, processes, new materials and other industry topics. The Service section provides access to training videos, services such as CO2 certificates and an overview of industry events where visitors can meet our experts in person.
Meet Your Experts
The DG experts will be in attendance at CPHI in Milan, one of the largest pharmaceutical trade fairs, from 8 to 10 October. Besides processes and services according to the classic pharmaceutical GMP standard for APIs and excipients, we will be exhibiting “GMP light” processes for applications that want to benefit from the systematic GMP approach – including our storage and logistics services – while saving on resources and costs. From 19 to 22 November, visitors to Formnext in Frankfurt will have the opportunity to consult with our 3D printing experts.
