On request, we also offer production systems tailored to individual customer requirements and manufactured in Meckenheim, which can be operated either exclusively in Meckenheim or directly on the customer’s premises. This enables them to produce their own unique powders, for example for 3D printing, in the required quantity at any time, while relying on Dressler’s proven quality.
Besides independence from disrupted supply chains, other benefits include the avoidance of long transport routes, resulting in greater sustainability and reduced costs.

At Dressler Group, producing powders by grinding and (cryo-)spraying for the pharmaceutical and medical industries is a standard process. GMP standard, to be precise. This requires special equipment – most of which we develop and build ourselves – and special premises as well as compliance with a strict catalogue of criteria. We ensure adherence to these specifications not only in production, but also in special warehouses. This enables us to document the required cleanroom conditions in an audit-proof manner from the receipt of the raw materials to the dispatch of the finished powder – also when acting as a second source.

Dressler Group is based in Meckenheim, near Bonn, and is therefore very well connected to the region and beyond by road, rail and air.

Meckenheim offers optimal access to the Ruhr region, for example, home to many large industrial players. The Ruhr is the largest metropolitan area in Germany and number five in Europe. What’s more, the easily reachable inland ports of Cologne/Bonn provide an excellent link to international shipping routes from Rotterdam, the largest port in Europe and one of the ten largest in the world.

Meckenheim’s advantageous location, not least thanks to its proximity to the port of Rotterdam, ensures optimal transport connections and short routes. Our certification as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO-S) with its own representative allows customs clearance to be carried out directly on the Dressler Group premises – saving our customers time, money, hassle and paperwork.
